We all have an inner voice, and what we teach it gets recorded,
and recited back.
One of my favorite positive thinkers is Dr. Wayne Dyer.
I really love his philosophy on life and positive affirmations.
If you’re someone who tends to complain frequently about how terrible your life is,
how bad it always turns out, how much life sucks, or even more neagative,
“I hate my life!
I would stop and take an inventory of your moment, that day, week or lifestyle.
What exactly is about your personal experience that is making you
believe these thoughts?
What is making you think this way?
What is about that moment that would make you permenantly record,
and program for future play back any of these negative,
and self-destructive statements?
Our inner voice is really our personal voice and attitude recorder.
We all have the ability to program a different response.
You first have to find out why you feel this way.
It is about identifying why we're unhappy with our life.
It is never too late to make some necessary, maybe even drastic,
changes in our life.
If we are unhappy with our life then what are we doing about it?
What are we doing to change it and increase our happiness and love for life?
If you've been saying this for a while, then guess what sitting around, waiting
for something to happen and sulking in our sorrows won’t make them somehow
A different approach, a more positive affirmation will!
We have to create a more positive inner voice, and also a more positive attitude.
With it will come an outwardly happier existence.
