Gratefully engaging the quiet ones...




















The economy is hurting.

A lot of companies are struggling.

What can we do?

Well most we have to do all we can to ensure that our partnerships,

and customers remain strong.

Friends don't just give up on friends and or do they end in over the top fights.

Likewise customers don't make a huge to do, about their dissatisfaction.

They vote with their feet.

They quietly go some where else.

When someone feels under appreciated, or perhaps poorly serviced,

taken advantage of they will stop investing.

They will take the next offer and move on.

We all have these relationships out there that need more of our own investment.

Quiet customers who are unhappy but not making a big deal out of it,

yet.

We have to be smart.

We have to show more gratitude.

We have to le them know they matter.

What can you do better when you engage them?

After all they're worth a lot more than the angry ones.
