What are you seeking?

Yesterday we got into a discussion about perception and how we see things and are seen.

I had to ask a few of these same questions to you.

Did you know that we’re 1% visible and 99% invisible?

Why, then, do we often spend so much of our energy and effort on that 1%?

Did you know that sorrow is sweet?

When we suffer, there is the opportunity to transcend the suffering

and move to a higher level of awareness.

Suffering illuminates an area in which we haven’t evolved.

Did you know that we’re not bothered by what happens,

so much as we are bothered by our opinions of what happens?

Nothing is bad or good or indifferent without you judging it as so.

And the exciting news is we can change those opinions easily.

Choose your opinions wisely.

Did you know that the best way to hold on,

is to let go?

Did you know that if you do what you’ve always done,

you’ll get what you’ve always gotten?

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again

and expecting a different result.

Step into the unknown, if it truly is change that you are seeking.

Make it a great día!
