They say it's 50-50..

Have you ever heard that for any relationship to work,

it requires is takes a give and take?

Or that a great relationship is a 50-50 collaboration?

Judaism says that a loving relationship is giving and giving and giving ...

and never keeping score.

I like that way of thinking.

The key to loving is not necessarily receiving but giving.

To give is to love.

Maybe that explains why our parents feel so much more strongly

for their children than how their chldren love them back.

The parents have been steadily giving to their children all their lives.

To somehow believe that we only love the person who gives

to us is not only shallow but not love.

That's almost self-love.

I believe that we love the people we give to.

Just remember - to NOT keep score.

Make it a great dia!
