Those obstacles ahead?

I have never been on a hike where I didn't run into some sort of detour.

All of our journies will have obstacles along the way.

If we use obstacles as stepping stones we can avoid them altogether.

No more thinking about what is the best way around them.

It is only when we realize that it's all about how we see what is in our paths,

that we can turn an obstacle - the stumbling stone...

into a stepping stone.

Make it a STEPPING UP and OVER sort of dia!

Patience... will reward you.

"La paciencia es amarga, pero sus frutos son dulces."

Another wise quote my Viejita shared with us was, "Patience will sometimes taste

sour, but its fruit will be sweet."

Patience will always reward you - so be patient.

Even when just "pouncing," would be much easier.

You can make a difference...

"There are generations yet unborn, whose very lives will be shifted,

and shaped by the moves you make and the actions you take."  - Andy Andrews

We may never know how we will inspire another, or even the difference

our actions will make.

We must try and hold ourselves more accountable to others, always working

through more positive words and actions.

Even the smallest things, the way we  treat another, the way we choose to interact

or handle a situation is what will have lasting effect.

How much of a difference will you make this week?

What would you like to see more of in your world as you begin travel

on your earthly journey?

Begin by being accountable for your words and actions.

Show more authenticity, Love and Peace in everything you do.

Making a bigger difference must begin there.

There is a quote that Ghandi spoke and one I like, that says...

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Make a difference this dia!

What are your choices?

Funny how LIFE is filled with choices.

Everything we do from the moment we wake up and up until the moment

we put our head on our pillow.

Some choices come natural and we may not even consider them as decisions.

Yet decisions are the result of the choices we make.

In earlier blogs I ‘ve written about getting rid of all of our fear-based decisions.

Lately life has been such for me, that I have really had to pray and meditate

on the very same.

We all make conscious choices related to our basic needs. . . .

What area of town we want to live?

Where we park our cars when we’re at the mall in a huge parking lot.

When to go to sleep.

How to spend our money.

Yes, we’re constantly making choices.

Even in our relationships. . .

Should we begin one, remain in one, or should we leave one altogether?

We are always making choices about where, when and how much

to give of ourselves, emotionally and physically.

We also make choices related to have we choose to make a living,

and how we choose to live.

These lifestyle choices we tend to make both consciously or unconsciously. . .

Like how to best balance our personal life with our professional one.

Are our jobs more in tune with our life’s purpose?

Whether we're ready to give up the day to day rat race and it's struggles.

How we can best bring happiness into more aspects of our lives.

My Viejita reminded us that we had been put on our earthly journeys

to realize a greater purpose.

That we were not here by accident!

She also believed that we were not here solely to accumulate more stuff -

probably she meant generating wealth.

What we are here thought is to live fuller more complete lives.

That no matter what we believe our purpose is, we must work to achieve

it to the greatest degree possible.

More and more I am coming to the realization that in order to be happier,

we must live a life that is in harmony with our life’s purpose.

To miss that and we will never be as happy as we were meant to be.

As we choose to live a higher level of enlightenment - LOVE and PEACE

will begin to integrate deeper into the very thread of our existence.

We must however; always try and keep fear and even greed at bay.

We must not allow them to manipulate us into accumulating unnecessary

material possessions.

We’ll find that we can live a happier and more fulfilled existence, when we begin

to trust that we are providing for our basic needs already.

With religious celebrations upon us we all begin to think more about the unique

choices we've made about our relationship to our Higher Power.

By choosing to become more aware of our Higher Power and how we choose

to honor that relationship - we become more spiritually and are far more

connected to others.

The choices that we make with the intent to serve the highest good of all concerned,

will have a much profound and purposeful quality.

Choices far different from ones made from fear or greed.

By making more PURPOSEFUL CHOICES today, we can expect to have

a better journey…

A much HAPPIER one and one where we can expect to live

a more complete LIFE.

PAZ para ti...

Inner PEACE - comes free and we all deserve to own some!

I've found inner tranquility and PEACE does many incredible things...

1. Having a PEACE of mind improves our ability to think clearly.

2. It also increases our inner fortitude.

3. Often times it eliminates our impatience, nervousness, restlessness,

and even anger.

4. It tends to make you feel centered and more grounded.

5. It stabilizes us both emotionally and mentally so that we can remain

unaffected by what others think or say about us.

6. It definitely helps eliminate stress, anxieties and worries.

7. We come to understand and enjoy happiness.

8. Helps us relax our bodies and minds.

9. It tends to give us healing energy.

10. Gives us strength to not be swayed by hardships, difficulties or heartache.

PEACE helps us maintain our inner poise, allowing us clear judgement,

and common sense in most situations.

11. It eliminates negative, and restless thoughts.

12. PEACE has always Improved my personal relationships with others.

13. It helps brings a sense to an already chaotic world.

14. It makes LIFE and the future look brighter.

15. PEACE has always lite my path and awakened my inner spirituality.

This weekend visualize PEACE - live PEACE.

Make it a PEACEFUL dia!

With each step we take we leave some LOVE behind...

I can't believe it's already Friday!

It's been a great week on vacation and spending more time with my

loved ones and friends.

I was thinking about LOVE and how we all impact one another.

I believe that with each step that we take, we leave a part of ourselves behind.

So smile and...

Don't forget to LOVE...

We all were meant to LOVE.

Each chapter in our STORY is unique, yet in the end it is a part of a

much bigger LOVE story...

LOVE does matter.

LOVE offers us an unlimited opportunity for redemption...

LOVING another matters.

Being LOVED is essential...

You were born to be LOVED.

You were meant to LIVE a LOVING LIFE!

Are you being true to you?

Sometimes the answers to simple questions can be the most profound.

Take these three questions for instance...

Who am I?

Am I where I need to be?

Where am I going?

These questions make one think about the most important aspects of our lives -

our sense of self, our goals and the actions we need to get us there.

Time however has a very profound affect on our LIFE - each moment, each day,

and every new experience makes it so.

Try this exercise that I ran across a couple of years ago.

Answer these questions as honestly as you can and date your entry.

In six months go back and read your answers.

What changed?

What remained the same?

What now defines you?

In the end, one of the main obligations on this earthly journey

is to be true to OURSELVES.

Have you faced your TORO?

I learned in the military that fear has a purpose.

It helps to keep us safe but also allows us to take important risks.

For some of us however; fear keeps us from moving on or improving our lives.

During my training we were also taught that in order to face our fear;

we had to stop and take a stand, then move towards it.

We had to believe that we could make the necessary changes.

It was only when we faced our fears, that we began to live the life we are meant to lead.

The fear of failure is not what stops or impedes us, quite often it is

the fear of change or success.

We can't allow fear to paralyze our ability to make changes in our lives.

If we try to face and understand what we're up against, it's much easier

to prepare for them.

And once we know what's up ahead, we can devise the best plan on how

to handle the possible results.

No matter what - face your fears!

Continue to move forward and work to pursue your new goals.

Remember it is important to have momentum in our lives.

The courage it took to face your fear, will positively affect all of your goals

from this point on.

So stand tall MATADOR, keep at it and you WILL eventually overcome

the fear of the next charging TORO.

Make it a courageous dia!

Looking outward together in the same direction...

I love a quote by Antoine de Saint-Exupery that says, "Love does not consist in gazing

at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction."

GOALS are there so that we can shoot towards - personal dreams and hopes,

set just beyond where we are today.

This quote made me think of our historic health care reform bill that our President

is set to sign into law today.

This healthcare law is not a perfect plan, but one that will help fix many fundamental

flaws in our current system.

I have traveled extensvely in my life time.

Mainly in my service to our government where I was able to see the health care

systems of several countries in the Middle East, many others throughout Europe,

even a few in the old Soviet Union and many countries in Latin America.

In the last sixteen years I have worked intimately with the federal healthcare system

via DIF (Desarrollo Integral de la Familia) an important program that assists the

citizens of Mexico with social and medical needs.

Back then it was embarrassing to think that my fellow citizens back home

were dying and going bankrupt because they lacked a good healthcare program.

We just didn't have a health care system that gave everybody access to health care,

like most of the countries I'd visited.

Just a few years ago, we were able to travel with a very sick little girl from

a small village in Sonora to the top children's hospitals in Mexico City for an

expensive heart surgery.

Her surgery and hospitaization saved her life and the cost for her

entire treatment was gratis - free.

Today I know there is a lot of divisive debate - debate that has been going

on for over a year.

But I feel we have done the right thing.

We must believe that as a people we know where we need to be and trust

in what we must all do to get there.

There's no doubt that we will need to work hard to address many other issues

such as tort reform and containing future health care costs.

Still I believe that we are headed in the right direction.

We all must embrace the road map and be the vehicle that will get all of us there.

Make it a great día!

We are our brother's keeper...

A historic and sweeping bill that is set to overhaul our U.S. medical system

now goes to President Obama's desk to be signed into law on Tuesday.

The House of Representatives passed the bill in a 219-212 vote after more than

a year of bitter partisan debate.

The measure (not a bill till it is signed into law), which cleared the Senate

in December, constitutes the biggest expansion of federal health care

guarantees since Medicare and Medicaid were enacted more than

four decades ago.

This $940 billion plan is projected to extend insurance coverage

to roughly 32 million additional Americans.

It represents a significant step toward the goal of universal coverage sought

by every Democratic president since Harry Truman.

Larger employers will be required to provide coverage or risk financial penalties.

Total individual out-of-pocket expenses will be capped and insurers will

be barred from denying coverage based on gender or pre-existing conditions.

President Obama said, "This is what change looks like," shortly after the votes last night.

He added, "The passage of this historic health care reform is not a victory for any

one party. ... It's a victory for the American people and it's a victory for common sense."

This reform is projected to cut the federal deficit by $118 billion over the next 10 years.

Healthcare has always been a very important part of me.

My work growing up, in the military and with my NGO whose focus is working

on behalf of the most marginalized of people.

I have always strongly believed that we are all meant to take care of one another.

On a very personal level I also believe that we are all one being, one heart,

one Self and when one part of the Self is hurting, it affects the whole Self.

This health bill saga reminds me of the biblical story of Adam and Eve's children,

Cain and Abel.

Cain killed his brother in a fit of jealousy.

When he returned to his home the Lord asked him, "Where is your brother?"

Cain answered that he didn't know. "Am I my brother's keeper?"

Yes, we all are our brother's keeper!

Your brother is also your keeper.

If everyone were to be each other's keeper, no one would be unsafe

or uncared for on this earth.

Each person would have someone looking out for him or her no matter who

they are or what is happening around them.

We now have an opportunity of a lifetime in front of us.

Let us be our brother's keepers.

No one in our United States should die because of lack of medical care,

sadly each year over 40,000 Americans die because they were uninsured.

We now have an opportunity to bring balance to the daily health struggles

faced by over 32 million other Americans each day.

We all have an opportunity to reach out and share our wealth with those who

are less fortunate and less privileged right here at home.

We also can add to our health care reform by reforming how we reach out to others.

We can use our personal wealth, our knowledge, our compassion or kindness

as outreach and as individual assistance.

Our reward will be in knowing in our hearts that we have helped ourselves,

we have helped our fellow citizens

Whatever actions your will and your hearts allow you to take,

know that as Americans we are not guilty of inaction.

We are our brother’s keeper.

Magical March snowfall...

Winter has always been my favorite season.

I admire its simplistic beauty.

I love standing out in the snow when it is softly falling and feel it fall upon my face.

I like catching snowflakes on my tongue.

What an amazing surprise to wake up this Sunday morning to a gentle snow fall.

There is snow everywhere… on the ground, on the trees, on fence lines,

on roof tops and on all the cars.

Kids probably wish it was a school day – but even if it’s Sunday it is a Snow day.

A time to smile, laugh and be happy! To me it’s a time to sit back,

and enjoy a warm cup of tea and do nothing.

Thank you Snow, I am grateful for this relaxing and beautiful site!

Snow really is magical.

If you remember your chemistry science - each snowflake is unique.

Every one of them is a slice of a six-sided hexagonal crystal shaped

high up in the clouds.

Snow is magic.

The snow has blanketed each branch and new spring bud of each tree and shrub.

It is almost as if the heavens decided to reshape everything on earth.

Making everything picturesque and round, while softening the shapes of nature

with its sweeping snow fall.

I am quietly sitting here gazing at the snow as it lays there majestically covering it all.

What a wonderous sght, that today I am thoroughly enjoying...

SNOW - I’ve tasted it and am savoring it… I’ve played with it and played in it.

I love snow and today I am grateful for it.

Unbelievable first day of Spring...

I can't believe it's our first day of Spring and it snows!

I don't think there is a much more magical and peaceful sight than that of snow.

Even the old homemade bird feeder looks like it got its share of the snow.

Parker needed to go out - the little feller did what he had to and "pronto,"

and in an instant he was asking to go back inside.

His feet and lower limbs got pretty wet and Parker was a little cold.

So after drying him off, he went and curled up in my/his favorite crocheted blanket

(a handmade gift from his Grandma - my Viejita).

More pics to come... enjoy the second day of Spring!

Heaven cleansing its treasures...

It’s been steadily raining this morning – I love the rain.

It's symbolic of our soul's cathartic cleansing.

My Viejita would say that it was heaven’s way of cleaning their treasures on earth.

Maybe that is why rain has always reminded me of tear drops.

In my life’s experiences, tears have always cleansed my spirit,

and my washed away my heartache.

It's an emotion release whose one primary purpose is to restore

our wounded soul to a cleansed and unburdened one.

As the rain continues to fall outside my window, it reminds me that some of us

have more pain than others and some of us may need to cry a bit longer.

Though some of us may have more pain than others inside, it may take a few more

tears to be completely cleansed.

Remember it's only a matter of time before we welcome PEACE in our hearts.

A PEACE that will replace our heartache and replenish our tears.

Do not embrace your pain too long or cling to your tears.

We must never forsake PEACE, for JOY is soon to follow.

So when do we know it's time to move on with our lives and stop crying?

When we are ready to replace our heartache for an unburdened heart,

a heart filled with JOY.

When we're ready to fully open our hearts to receive LOVE...

in all its many wonderful forms.

Letting go takes LOVE…

Sorry I am late today - I began my day almost at 3:00 this morning.

I was busy getting everything done I needed to before going on the long planned

sixteen days of unadulterated  pleasure, and much needed vacation.

A dear friend shared this with me last night.

He had attended an AA meeting.

I was immediately touched by the powerful message.

We all fear letting go of something... yet we should never invest more than

we can afford to lose.

Letting go really does take LOVE.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to stop caring, it means we can't keep

doing "it" for someone else.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to cut ourselves off, it's the realization

we can't control another.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to enable, but allow the other

to learn from natural consequences.

Letting go means we need to admit our powerlessness, which means the outcome

is not in our hands.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to try to change or blame another,

rather it's about making the most of ourselves.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to care for, but to care about.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to fix, but to be supportive.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to judge, but to allow another to

be a human being.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to be in the middle, arranging all the outcomes,

but to allow others to affect their destinies.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to be protective, it's permiting another to face reality.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to deny, but to accept.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to nag, scold or argue, but instead

to search out our own shortcomings and correct them.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to adjust everything to our desires,

but to take each day as it comes and cherish ourselves in it.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to criticize or regulate anybody,

but to try to become what we dream we can be.

Letting go doesn't mean we need to regret the past, but to grow and live for the future.

Letting go means we need to fear less and love more.

Remember that the time to love is now – tomorrow may be too late.

Make it a great dia!

Someday is now... BREATHE!

Ever get in such a hurry that you run out of breath?

With so much going on in our lives we "somedays" forget to BREATHE...

That's when we have to remind ourselves to be GRATEFUL

- for even the small things, and for our HEALTH, our HAPPINESS,

and PROSPERITY...

BREATHE!

One of the hardest things to realize is that our "someday" is right NOW!

BREATHE!

When we breathe deep we are actually forcing the “relaxation response”

which is the opposite of the “flight or fight” response.

That is the crazy, frenetic response one goes through when our body gets

ready to respond to an emergency, like a car careening out of control

in your direction.

Our bodies immediately prepare to help us leap to safety; our respiratory

rate jumps up and we begin taking fast paced short gasps of air,

our heart rate increases, our blood pressure shoots up and our system

is flooded with adrenaline and various stress hormones.

Other physiologic changes that occur in that moment are that our pupils dilate

(open wide probably to see better), our sweat glands spring into action,

(that's why you literally get hot under the collar).

It's the type of response we need for a true emergency like if a car ever veers

out of control towards us.

But we don’t need and want that type of drastic response in our lives,

when all we may be experiencing is a very different situation, a first date

or job interview, a performance review, or the in-laws visiting.

By BREATHING we are forcing our bodies into relaxing - a true relaxation response.

We force our physiological system to do the exact opposite of the “flight or fight” response.

We can actually slow our respiratory rate, our heart rate, our pulse,

cause our blood pressure to lower, and even our pupils to contract,

and we stop perspiring.

Miraculous it seems, we force our body to come out of emergency mode.

Immediately we begin to calm down and feel less stressed.

I was also reading that when we are breathing in short gasps like

in the “flight or fight” situation, we negatively affect the balance

of gases in our blood stream.

We cause our bodies to do a poor job of cleansing itself of all the waste

products and carbon dioxide in the blood.

The excess carbon dioxide in the blood stream can adversely affect

the blood's acidity.

The result?

We feel tired, nervous and stressed.

So now you know why taking long, deep breaths before your next potentially

stressful situation is recommended.

Try it you will definitely feel much better.

Make it a deep breathing kind of dia!

Apprecate LIFE... this St. Patrick's Dia!

APPRECIATION is a blend of approval, thankfulness and gratitude.

Although in these economic times, when something “appreciates,”

we take it to mean something that GROWS in its VALUE.

I was thinking if we could somehow harness the powerful concepts

of APPRECIATION, we could enjoy the benefit of both perspectives.

Imagine how much our LIVES would GROW in VALUE, if we could learn

to consistently live each day with APPROVAL,

THANKSGIVING and GRATITUDE.

Make it a grateful dia!

PERSPECTIVE, PERSISTENCE and FAITH...

Helen Keller once said: “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired and success achieved.”

I believe that in order to navigate through difficult times we need to have...

PERSPECTIVE, PERSISTENCE and FAITH.

Why perspective?

We all have the power to choose the way we THINK, FEEL and ACT.

How we react to LIFE’s challenges often is the difference between our feeling...

despair or HOPE, frustration or OPTIMISM and ultimately feeling defeated

or VICTORIOUS.

My Viejita always reminded us that LIFE was our teacher and that there would

always be lessons to learn.

People that know me know I am always asking, “What is it I am supposed to be

learning from this experience?”

We also need PERSISTENCE.

Why PERSISTENCE?

We have to learn from the past but never get stuck there. “Lo que paso, paso,”

what has already happened has happened.

We must empower ourselves by asking ourselves, "What matters to me right now?"

"What is in my best interest and well-being, moving forward?"

We all really have just one LIFE to live – a bit melodramatic but true.

We have an inert ability to make choices.

New choices that help us move on and move towards a better LIFE.

Finally we need FAITH.

Why FAITH?

Quite often these difficulties will make us feel as if we’re walking alone.

Never, ever for a moment think that you are alone.

You never are!

Through my Life – I have faced numerous challenges and each time I have

stopped and asked, “Is what I’m going through a blessing in disguise?"

I also remind myself that I know a greater purpose exists out here for each of us.

I never try to force situations or figure out answers to the questions

- especially during trying moments.

Rather I allow the "solutions" to come to me.

LIFE has a habit of answering each of our questions and they will come when

the time is right and often when you least expect them.

I once read that there were no losers in LIFE, except for those who give

up on themselves.

We all have the power to create the experience we call LIFE –

PERSPECTIVE, PERSISTENCE and FAITH.

Don’t ever give UP!

Make it a great dia!

Inner PAZ - you deserve it!

The weather was beautiful this weekend and made for a wonderful weekend.

I spent time with my loved ones.

We ended up at the Farmer's market and bought more vegetables and fruits

then we probably should have.

Thank God for friends and family and how blessed we are to have them in our lives.

Even when facing life stresses and challenges... how blessed we are to have

Peace in our lives.

Yes, PEACE.

That precious spiritual commodity, that inner PEACE; that brings us serenity

upon awakening, harmony in our family, emotional balance even when life

is challenging and even gives us the ability to remain undisturbed and in control

through difficult and unpleasant situations.

Inner PEACE I've found is important not only when things are going well and smoothly,

but in times of trouble and difficulty.

Inner PEACE has always helpled me overcomes anxiety, fear, worry, stress,

and different degrees of unhappiness.

Inner PEACE is a wonderful state of emotional being and one that gives

us mental poise, nourishes our happiness, builds our confidence and our stills,

and strengthens our inner core.

Today think PEACE, create an affirmation of PEACE...

" The world is a peaceful, Loving and enjoyable place to live,

I have a peaceful and calming heart and soul ."

Do visualize PEACE, and spend a moment praying and meditate for PEACE.

We can touch all those that are waging war against another.

Make this dia, one where you attain all the inner PEACE you deserve.

PAZ everyone!

Don't just stand there!

"A person is led on the path that he truly wants to travel on."  - The Talmud (Makkot 10b)

Seek the road you most feel you should be on... then start walking.

Walk and keep walking... walk with purpose!

I was always told that there were many ways to MOVE FORWARD,

but only one way of standing still.

Whatever it is - you'll NEVER get there...  if you don't MOVE.

You must take that first step.

Forgiveness offers endless possibilities...

Life teaches us that FORGIVENESS gifts us with many types of Peace.

In hostile waring lands around the word.

Peace is resolved by both sides negotiating and having a meaningful dialogue.

One side listening and working to understand the other.

Each day as we live this human experience, Peace of mind has potential to

 heal our emotional wounds.

A Peace of mind one enjoys by letting go of yesterday.

There is also that beautiful Peace that exists.

A PEACE where the possibility of a new, even more gratifying future exists.

Found when we each appreciate and respect another.

FORGIVENESS offers endless possibilities to create a more

PEACEFUL existance.

FORGIVENESS truly offers endless possibilities to enjoy a more

PEACEFUL LIFE.

consider yourself LUCKY!

Because you are free to be PASSIONATE to anything  you chose at any given time.

Your miraculous LIFE...

"It is not merely a world of miracles; it is a miraculous WORLD" - G.K. Chesterton

What do you really expect out of LIFE?

What are your HOPES, DREAMS and your LOVES?

Are you fully living LIFE on LIFE's terms?

Do you know where you are on your journey?

Are you at its begining?

What more great and interesting experiences await you?

What if you are towards the end of it?

What needs to change today?

Are you living LIFE to its fullest?

Do you approach each day accepting of all its challenges...  living, learning,

and enjoying each moment?

Why not?

What is stopping you?

Begin each day, knowing you will LIVE that day, working towards how you

really want to be thought about and remembered.

In the end it is all about memories.

Heaven was missing an angel...

A dear friend and collegue said her goodbye to her four month unborn child yesterday.

Words can’t bring you solace, but be comforted in knowing that God will

forever cradle and care for your little boy.

Your baby boy will never know loneliness, pain or sadness.

Instead, he will forever experience things far beyond our imagination in a place

continually filled with joy, peace and music.

As you grieve – know that you are not alone.

Your family and friends are with you and are praying for your comfort,

and solace and a new unburdened heart.

As you grieve - you will never forget your baby boy no matter how painful

the memories are.

As you grieve - you will at times yearn to be with your baby but cannot

conceive leaving your living loving family.

As you grieve - you will only have a part of your heart as the rest of it will

be buried with him.

As you grieve - you will beg for relief from the memories which plague you,

and then feel guilty when you finally get it.

As you grieve - you will pretend to be happy and enjoying life when you really

feel like dying inside.

As you grieve - you will cry or laugh at the drop of a hat whenever you remember

your beloved little boy.

As you grieve - you will feel the loss of your son like it was yesterday,

no matter how much time has passed.

As you grieve - you will hold the life of your little boy as the most precious gift

you had no matter how long his earthly time was.

As you grieve – one day will come when solace and peaceful serenity embraces

you with the same quilt that will forever embrace your little boy.

Dearest friends grieve you must, but know that solace and comfort will also come.

Unburden your pain, unburden your breaking heart – let God and let go.

Let Faith and the love that surrounds you be the staff to lean on

as you continue your journey.

Take care, we are all there for you.

Every moment brings a chance to make a change...

There are a four simple rules to remember.

First, thing to remember:

LIFE is quite neutral, and it doesn’t pick sides,

and or hold any judgment.

Secondly, LIFE responds to our emotions,

one's motives and instructions.

Third, we can all change LIFE’s reality...

Finally, every moment in LIFE is a new moment,

and it’s never too late

to make some sort of positive change.

Make this dia of one more change!
